Sizing, delivery and returns. Answered before you ask.
How do the sizes run?
Our pieces are cut to UK sizing. Where a style sits closer to the body, as with bodysuits, bandage dresses and tailoring, we say so on the product page. Every listing carries a full measurement guide, so trust the centimetres over the label.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. UK delivery then takes a further 4 to 6 working days, and tracking reaches you by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. Start a return from your account or write to help@carminna.com and we’ll take it from there.
